My Story

My own healing journey started in 2007 when I attended a Silva Method seminar in my home town in Estonia. From wondering why I was there and not in bed with a hangover to wondering how had I ever lived without knowing about the hidden abilities our brains and bodies have, I have never looked back.

I travelled the world for the next 10 years, learning about people and their stories, searching for myself and a place to belong. What I discovered through academic research, meditative practices, shamanic journeys and training with powerful mentors from around the world is that we are able to heal ourselves. We just need to be given the tools and the support needed to have the confidence to try and keep going until we succeed.

Looking back on my life and the place I started from. I feel very blessed to have had the guidance I did when I needed it. There are no coincidences in life, if you are on this page right now, chances are that I am meant to guide you on your journey.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses unlimited potential to transform their lives. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their desires, dreams, and aspirations, and develop a roadmap to turn them into reality.

I facilitate a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of life, including career, relationships, personal growth, and spirituality, recognizing that true transformation occurs when these areas are in harmony.
